Terms of Service

Last updated October 31, 2026Version 2026-10-30

The rules for everyone who posts with the AGI social team. We wrote them in plain English. Please read them before you start.

On this page

In short

  • You’re an independent contractor, not an employee.
  • You’re paid per approved post, at the rate shown in the app when the post is approved.
  • Post only from your own real Reddit account. Follow Reddit’s rules and each subreddit’s rules. Never fake accounts or votes.
  • When a comment mentions a client’s product (for example Company XYZ), say clearly that you’re connected to it.
  • Keep each post public for 14 days after you post it, or the number of days the campaign sets. Posts removed or hidden before then aren’t paid.
  • Payments are recorded in the app but sent outside it, and you handle your own taxes.
  • We can remove access at any time. If these Terms change, we’ll ask you to accept them again.

01About these Terms

AGI Creator Tracker (“the app”) is a private tool run by AGI for the team that posts helpful comments for our clients, such as Company XYZ. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and AGI (“we”, “us”).

By ticking “I agree” in the app, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app or take part in the program.

02Our relationship: independent contractor

You work with us as an independent contractor. You are not an employee of ours or of any client, and nothing in these Terms creates employment, a partnership or an agency relationship.

  • You choose when and how much you work. There are no fixed hours.
  • You don’t receive employee benefits (for example paid leave, health insurance or 13th month pay).
  • You supply your own phone, computer, internet and Reddit account.
  • You can work for other people at the same time, as long as you follow these Terms.
  • You can’t sign agreements or make promises on behalf of us or any client.

03Your account and access

You sign in with Google. Only Gmail addresses that we have added to the team list can sign in. Your account is for you alone: don’t share it, and don’t let anyone else submit posts for you.

Keep your Google account secure. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

04How the work works

You find Reddit conversations where you can genuinely help, write a useful comment from your own Reddit account, and then paste the link to that comment into the app. Some comments mention the client’s product (brand mentions) and some are simply helpful (helpful-only).

The app may show a team goal for the day and let you request a share of it. Goals and requests help us plan. They are not a promise of any amount of work or pay.

05Posting rules

Every comment you submit must follow these rules:

  • Use your own real account. Post only from a Reddit account that belongs to you. No fake accounts, second accounts made to promote, or accounts that pretend to be someone else.
  • No vote manipulation. Don’t upvote your own comments from other accounts, don’t ask others to vote, and don’t join voting groups or use bots or paid services for votes.
  • No buying, selling or renting accounts. This includes Reddit accounts and access to this app.
  • Follow each platform’s rules. Follow the Reddit Content Policy, the Reddit User Agreement and each subreddit’s own rules. Read a subreddit’s rules before you post there. If a community doesn’t allow product mentions, don’t mention the client there.
  • Be genuinely helpful and honest. Answer the question that was asked. Don’t copy and paste the same comment in many places, don’t spam, and don’t make false claims about a client’s product or any other product.
  • Don’t claim to be a client’s staff. Describe your connection accurately (see the next section).

Breaking these rules can lead to rejected posts, removed earnings for those posts, and loss of access.

06Disclose your connection to the client

When a comment mentions a client’s product, clearly disclose your connection in the comment itself. For a Company XYZ campaign, for example: “I work with Company XYZ” or “Disclosure: I’m paid to share Company XYZ”.

  • Put the disclosure near the mention, in plain words that anyone will understand.
  • Don’t hide it in your profile, behind a link, or in a reply that people might not see.
  • Advertising rules like the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides, and the rules of most subreddits, require this kind of disclosure when someone is paid to mention a product.

Brand mentions without a clear disclosure may be rejected.

07Mix brand mentions with helpful-only comments

Not every comment should mention the client. Mix brand mentions with helpful-only comments that simply answer the question. This keeps your account trusted in its communities and keeps the program healthy. We may share a target mix in the app or in the poster guide.

08Review and approval

A person (an admin or a manager) reviews every submission and decides whether to approve it, reject it or ask you to fix it. Nothing is approved automatically. The reviewer’s decision is final. We’ll try to give a short reason when we reject something.

We may reject a submission that, for example:

  • is a duplicate, or isn’t your own comment;
  • has been removed, deleted or made private;
  • breaks these Terms, Reddit’s rules or the subreddit’s rules;
  • mentions a client’s product without a clear disclosure.

If we later find that an approved post broke these Terms, we may remove it from your unpaid total and tell you why.

09Keep your posts public

Each post must stay public for its campaign’s public period: 14 days after you post it, unless the campaign sets a different number of days. The number can differ between clients and campaigns. The app shows it for each campaign you’re in, and the number shown when you submit a post is the one that applies to it.

During the public period:

  • Don’t delete the post, hide it, or make it or your account private.
  • Don’t edit out the disclosure, or change the post so it no longer matches what was approved.
  • Keep the account you posted from active, so the post stays visible.

We may check your posts during the public period. A post that is deleted, hidden, made private or removed (including by a moderator or the platform) before its public period ends doesn’t count: we won’t pay for it, and if it was already approved but not yet paid, we’ll take it out of your unpaid total and tell you why. We may also hold payment for a post until its public period has passed.

10Pay

You’re paid per approved post, at the rate shown in the app at the time the post is approved. The app records that rate on each post when it’s approved, so a later rate change never changes what you already earned.

  • Pending, rejected and withdrawn posts are not paid, and neither are posts taken down before their public period ends.
  • We may change the rate for future approvals. The current rate is always shown in the app.
  • Payouts follow the schedule shown in the app (for example, weekly).

11How payments are sent, and taxes

The app records payments, but the money is sent outside the app, for example by GCash or bank transfer, using the payout details you save in your profile. Keep those details correct. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses caused by wrong details.

You’re responsible for your own taxes, registrations and government contributions, and for any fees your bank or wallet charges you to receive money. We may ask for information we need to keep proper payment records.

12Your content and how we use it

You own the comments you write. By submitting a link, you allow us to store the link, read the public comment data (such as author, subreddit and text) to check it, and show approved links, with your display name and post counts, to the client whose campaign it belongs to (for example Company XYZ) for reporting. We never show clients your pay, email or payout details.

13Keep team information private

Rates, internal guidance, goals and other people’s information in the app are confidential. Don’t share them outside the team, and don’t post screenshots of the app publicly.

14Ending access

You can stop taking part at any time. Just tell us. We can pause or remove your access at any time, for any reason, including breaking these Terms.

If your access ends, we’ll pay approved posts that haven’t been paid yet on the next payout, unless they were removed for breaking these Terms (for example fake accounts or vote manipulation).

15No guarantees and limits

We provide the app “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error free.

You’re responsible for your Reddit account and what you post. We aren’t responsible for actions Reddit or moderators take on your account or comments, such as removals or bans. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount we owe you for approved, unpaid posts.

16Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a change you need to know about, we’ll update the version number shown at the top of this page and ask you to review and accept the new Terms before you continue using the app. If you don’t accept them, you can stop using the app, and we’ll still pay approved posts under the Terms you accepted before.
